Chris Gohl, CEO - Based in Shenzhen, Mr. Gohl brings nearly a decade of international business and cultural expertise to CBC.  Spending much of his early career consulting in Latin America, he has recently completed marketing communications consulting projects in China.  This unique combination of regional experience has made him passionate about facilitating market entry and brand growth bilaterally between China and the Americas.  Mr. Gohl has worked and/or consulted in three separate continents and is skilled transferring knowledge across industries – his work has spanned government, non-profit and multinational for-profit environments.  Mr. Gohl was a scholar in the Fulbright Garcia Robles Binational Business Program in ’05-’06 in Mexico City and he has earned an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.  He graduated summa cum laude with business department honors to earn a BA in International Business from Spring Arbor University.

Tanner Christensen - Based in Chengdu, China, Mr. Christensen has a proven track record of founding successful businesses in central China.  He leveraged his local contacts to launch a recruiting agency focused on the central and western China regions.  After selling this firm he moved into sourcing industrial and agricultural products for Colombian and Brazilian SMEs.  Mr. Christensen has specialized in sales and marketing functions throughout his entrepreneurial tenure.  These roles primarily focused on customer acquisition, customer and supplier relationship management, project development as well as negotiations and implementation.  Mr. Christensen’s experience is essential to successfully building businesses from the ground up in central China.    He also earned his MBA at the Thunderbird School of Global Management and is highly in tune with important cultural aspects of doing business in China.
